With the ability to run integrated Invasive Pest programs, Caring for Country can undertake both weed management and also implement vertebrate pest programs (for species liked dog, fox, cat, pig, goat etc) in a cost effective manner.

Caring for Country specialises in approaches to monitoring that integrate Aboriginal Cultural Skills delivered in a framework of Cultural renewal for Aboriginal participants. Using track based survey methods, reporting and management using Aboriginal Seasonal Calenders that provide Aboriginal Participants the opportunity to connect to Country on their own terms. These observational approaches bring Aboriginal Traditional and Cultural Skills into a scientific frame providing outcomes that cross cultural frontiers.
Caring for Country can undertake Invasive Species Survey and provide specialist advise on the management of the range of Vertebrate pests. Geographic Information Systems (GIS – Computer based mapping systems including ARCGIS, ARCMobile and ARCPAD) is used to record survey data and management strategies.
Caring for Country monitors Invasive Pest populations during the implementation of management programs and reporting to the client is comprehensive based around detailed GIS mapping of ongoing survey results, implementation strategies and results.
